Message from a Bird - Workshop

What would a bird or any animal or plant life say to humans??

This question is an important one, after all, humans are responsible for the most damage to the planet and destroying the natural world.

We are in the 5th mass extinction which is caused by humans, where we are losing animals, birds, bugs and plant lives so quickly and in great numbers. And while we know that isn't good for food production, balanced life experience nor our ecosystem at large, we continue to decimate it.
The loss of biodiversity is due to humans over exploiting the earths natural resources, destroying habitats which other living things rely on and causing mass chemical and physical pollution. They really don't stand a chance.

So, this workshop is an opportunity for any person to use their sewing skills to communicate a message from a bird (we have some preloved printed fabrics to work with)...
Imagine being a bird and what life might be like for them and thinking about what the bird might want humans to do and to stop doing.

The workshop runs Tuesday 15th October, during the October half term break. 

There are limited spaces, 10 places split over 2 hours, £2 each. 

All creations will be displayed in our window as a sign of animal protest against human destruction.
